Casa Avalon is perfect for your Algarve luxury villa holidays situated in Carvoeiro in western Algarve, Portugal.

The villa is a detached, five bedroomed, three bathroomed luxury holiday villa offering superb Algarve holiday accommodation, with its own private heated pool (approx. 10m x 5m), barbeque, roof terrace and open aspect rear gardens.

With its five double bedrooms, Casa Avalon can comfortably accommodate 10 adult guests plus cots for 2 additional children.

On the ground floor there are three twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, state of the art kitchen and spacious open plan living and dining area, featuring an on-wall 42" plasma TV, Satellite and DVD, playstation, and music centre.
Bi-folding patio doors lead out to the fully enclosed substantial pool terrace with barbeque and full infra-red beamed pool alarm.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms and the third bathroom.
There is also access to three roof terraces offering panoramic stunning sea views from Monchique to Portimao.

Casa Avalon has a stylish open plan layout and has been designed and furnished with adults in mind. The villa provides a wonderful feeling of space and benefits from being fully air conditioned (or heated).

The spacious airy lounge is tastefully decorated and has an attached dining area opening onto the garden and patio area.

There is a large 42" flat screen television that receives Portuguese stations, satellite channels and UK Freeview stations. To compliment the TV there is also a DVD, CD and MP3 music centre.

The villa is fitted with electric gates and video entryphone, and parking for 5 or more cars.

Double glazed throughout, there are electric metal roller shutters fitted to all windows and doors and a full security system.

 
Casa Avalon has a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils you will need and, with safety in mind, a fire extinguisher and fire blanket, together with a smoke alarm.

Casa Avalon has a superb fresh water pool (approx. 10m x 5m with a maximum depth of 2m) with outside pool shower.
There is ample space for you and your guests to sit and sip a cool drink while enjoying the wonderful Portuguese sunshine or to watch those famous Algarve sunsets.

The extensive high-quality patio furniture, table, chairs and sun-loungers will enable you to soak up some of that Portuguese sunshine.
Or, if you prefer a little shade, there is a covered porch area.

To allow you to fully appreciate the outdoor lifestyle, we provide a good-sized barbeque for that all important al-fresco dining experience.

The villa is located an easy 10 minute walk from the picturesque fishing village and beaches of Carvoeiro.
Carvoeiro has a bustling friendly atmosphere with superb restaurants to suit all cuisines, good bars, shops, street cafes and banks.

Some of the finest beaches on the Algarve are less than 10 minutes drive from the villa. There are also many excellent golf courses within a short drive, including championship courses at Pinta and Gramacho.
There is also a testing 9 hole par 3 golf course at Vale do Milho within 5 minutes drive.

A selection of family attractions can be found within a 20 minute drive of the villa, including Zoomarine (where you can swim with dolphins), the water parks Slide and Splash and Aqualand and Algarve Shopping at Guia which has a number of well known shops such as Zara and Massimo Dutti.

Carvoeiro is also convenient for sightseeing including Monchique, Silves and Sagres where there are breathtaking views.
